How we charge
The model depends on the type of work. Services with a beginning, middle and end are charged per project, at a fixed price. Ongoing services, which produce results over time, work on a monthly retainer — because they require constant follow-up, not a single push.
Services charged per project
Work with a defined delivery has a fixed price, agreed before starting. This is the case for:
- Website Design & Development — the price depends on the size and complexity of the site.
- Branding and visual identity — scope defined according to what the business needs.
- Performance Optimization — a one-off project to make the site fast.
Services charged monthly
Services that build results with continuity work on a recurring basis, with month-to-month follow-up. This is the case for:
- Local SEO and Technical SEO — positioning is built and maintained over time.
- Google Business Profile — ongoing optimization and management of the profile.
- Google Ads — campaigns require constant adjustment and monitoring.
- Automation, CRM Integration and AI Agents — systems that run and evolve with the business.
What influences the investment
No two projects are the same, and some factors weigh more when defining the price:
- The size of the scope — number of pages, features and integrations.
- The complexity of what needs to be done — the more custom, the more work involved.
- Market competition (for SEO and Ads) — competitive markets require more effort.
- The level of follow-up you want after delivery.
Why "on request"
We don't publish a fixed table because it almost always misleads — it either promises too cheap for what you need, or charges too much for something you won't use. We prefer to understand your case first and present a price that matches the real scope. It's more work on our side, but it's the only honest way to charge.
