What data we collect

• Data you provide, when filling out the contact form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company (optional) and the message sent.
• Browsing preferences, stored locally in your browser through cookies and similar technologies — currently only your cookie choice and the site language (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not collect sensitive data (such as racial origin, health or sexual orientation) through this site.

Why we collect this data

• To respond to the contacts and quote requests sent through the form.
• To remember your preferences on the site, such as language and your cookie choice.
• To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of the data provided in the contact form is based on the performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract, under art. 7, V, of the LGPD — that is, the data is used to respond to your request and, if applicable, prepare a proposal. The preferences stored in your browser are essential to the operation of the site or based on your consent. Should analytics or marketing cookies be used in the future, they will only be activated after your explicit consent.

Who we share data with

Data may be processed by suppliers that provide services to Gnostix: Netlify, which hosts the site and processes the contact form submission; Resend, which delivers the notification email; and Hostinger, responsible for the domain registration and the business mailbox where the message is received. Should they be adopted, traffic analysis tools may also process browsing data. These suppliers operate international infrastructure, so data may be processed on servers located in Brazil or abroad, with the safeguards set out in the LGPD for international transfer. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for third-party marketing purposes.

How long we keep the data

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, after that, for up to 5 (five) years from the last contact, for the possible exercise of rights and compliance with legal obligations, unless a different term is required by law or you request deletion.

Your rights as a data subject

Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

• Confirmation and access to the data we hold about you.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law.
• Portability of the data to another service provider.
• Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
• Information about who we share your data with.
• Withdrawal of consent, where the processing is based on it.

Data security

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or leakage. The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and form messages travel encrypted to the business mailbox, without being stored publicly on the site.

This policy may be updated periodically. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
