WORK
Here are real projects developed by Gnostix — not generic mockups or templates hastily adapted. Each item shows a real business problem and how it was solved in code, design or automation.

A general practice in Dublin 2, online since 2006. The site puts appointment booking and the phone number within reach from every section, organises a broad list of services — GP consultations, blood tests, travel vaccinations, women's and men's health, dermatology — so patients find their own case quickly, and makes the practical details a patient actually looks for (fees, opening hours, insurers accepted, forms) impossible to miss. Live at aungierclinic.ie.
A nail studio in Dublin city centre where the website *is* the operation, not a brochure. Clients browse the work, book against a real-time availability calendar and pay online; each one gets an account to manage their own appointments. Behind it runs an admin area where the studio controls the calendar, services and prices. Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with WhatsApp, gift cards and a loyalty scheme wired in. Live at lais-sander.netlify.app.
A private consultant dermatology clinic covering both medical and aesthetic treatments. The challenge was holding two very different audiences on one site without either feeling secondary: skin cancer screening and mole mapping on the medical side, laser resurfacing, microneedling and injectables on the aesthetic side. Each treatment gets its own page, the consultants are given real presence, and booking stays one tap away throughout.
