Terms of Service

These terms govern the hiring of services offered by Gnostix, a Brazilian company based in Paulínia (SP), registered under CNPJ 67.928.893/0001-00. By hiring any service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Description of services

Gnostix provides website design, SEO, ad management, automation and related services, as described on the service pages of this site. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in an individual proposal or quote.

2. Quotes and proposals

The amounts stated in a proposal are valid for the period specified in it. Scope changes requested after the project starts may result in an adjustment to price and timeline, communicated before any additional work.

3. Timelines and deliveries

Timelines are defined individually for each project and also depend on the timely provision of information, content and approvals by the client. Delays in the client's delivery of materials may impact the agreed schedule.

4. Payment

Payment terms (amounts, methods and installments) are defined in each project's proposal. As a rule, fixed-scope projects — such as website design and visual identity — involve a deposit on hiring and the balance on delivery; ongoing services — such as SEO, ad management and automation — are billed monthly. Due dates and accepted payment methods are stated in the proposal.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment of the agreed amount, the client comes to hold the rights over the final material delivered (website, visual identity, copy produced specifically for the project). Code, components or internal-use tools of Gnostix, reused between projects, remain the property of Gnostix.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing true and up-to-date information, for holding the rights to any material sent for use in the project (copy, images, logos) and for reviewing and approving deliveries within the agreed timelines.

7. Revisions and changes

Each project includes a number of revision rounds defined in the proposal. Changes beyond what was agreed may be quoted separately.

8. Limitation of liability

Gnostix commits to delivering the services with the technical care described in the proposal, but does not guarantee specific business results (such as an exact sales volume or a specific position on Google), since those results depend on factors outside our direct control.

9. Cancellation

Cancelling a project in progress is subject to payment proportional to the work already carried out up to the cancellation date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of Paulínia, SP, are elected to settle any disputes. For clients located outside Brazil, specific conditions on governing law and dispute resolution may be agreed in writing in the respective proposal.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
